The chefs at Souly Lodge take pride in serving up the freshest organic ingredients in imaginative and always changing menus. Expect dishes from the Far East, India, Europe and of course Oman, all making best use of the quality meats, freshest seafood and just-picked vegetable and herbs we grow ourselves.

Beyond our La Cuisine restaurant, we hold regular special events including serving traditionally prepared Omani lamb around a campfire and under the stars. We’re also happy to prepare and deliver our favourite dishes to your bungalow, or even a private BBQ on the beach.
