Reservation Information

Safe and Easy: Our booking engine use Thawte Security certificates and encrypt all your date. Your credit card details are required as a guarantee and are safely stored. Booking steps are easy !

Convenient: book online any time, on any device, and you’ll get immediately your confirmation. No booking fees.

Guaranteed Reservations and Deposits:

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.

Advance deposits may be required during predetermined dates and for Special promotions such as Non refundable – advanced booking offer. Please check rate policy.

If you prefer to make your payment with a bank transfer, kindly contact our reservation department.

Cancellation Policy

For flexible rates: Reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival date unless otherwise stated. For cancellations that occur within 48 hours prior to the arrival date, the fee of one night room and tax will be charged to the credit card on file. In case of no show, 1 night fee will be charged to your credit card.

In case of non-refundable rates: Reservations cannot be cancelled or modified. Full stay will be charged at the time of the booking

Early Check-in and Late- check out:

Are available as a courtesy based on availability. Please check with our front office.

• • The following credit cards are accepted:Visa -American Express- Master Card- Diners club.

• • No pets are allowed in the hotel.

• • Minimum check in age is 18 years.

• • Guests must show current government-issued proof of identity at the time of check-in.

• • Photo identification and credit card are required at check-in for incidental charge

• • Airport transfer is available on request. please send your flight details to our reservation department or provide it through your booking comments.
